We collect across Worcestershire and the surrounding West Midlands, within roughly 60 miles of our base — see our Areas covered page for the full list, or enter your postcode there to check instantly.
For one-time clearances, we aim to arrive within a maximum of two hours of confirming your booking. Scheduled collections run on your agreed day and time each week or fortnight.
We recycle and responsibly dispose of everything we collect wherever possible, sorting materials for recycling first and only sending what can't be recycled to licensed disposal.
